We need a new look... any of my artist colleagues want to assist?

hey, fellow ARTShift-ers...

I threw this "look" together when we first started just to get us up and running, but I don't think it reflects the proper "tone" for the organization. I could mess with it more, but frankly, I'd love the input and vision from some of you all. I bet there are some of you who have some wonderful ideas ;)
